Our cleaning protocol includes daily tasks such as emptying trash, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, cleaning floors, and spot cleaning walls across classrooms, restrooms, common areas, and administrative offices. Restrooms receive thorough cleaning and disinfection, including fixtures and floors, while high-traffic areas are cleaned more frequently as needed.

Weekly and monthly tasks involve deeper cleaning like dusting high surfaces, washing windows, scrubbing grout, and polishing fixtures. Staff follow all required safety procedures and are trained to handle bodily fluid spills appropriately, ensuring a clean and safe environment throughout the school.

We maintain a coordinated effort between our on-site team and the client to address floor work, deep cleaning of lockers, and other specific concerns. During the summer, we provide comprehensive deep cleaning services, including carpet extraction, floor reconditioning, window cleaning, and moving classroom furniture to support the school’s facilities team.

We conduct thorough background checks. At some locations we require drug screening before placement as well as random drug screenings during their employment and placement at this school. Additionally, we have initial safety training for all new hires company-wide, which covers various areas of school safety, and are scheduled at times throughout the year.

Yes, our cleaning protocols align with APPA guidelines. This includes proper disinfection of high-touch areas, appropriate cleaning frequencies for various spaces, and thorough restroom and classroom cleaning. We also ensure the correct use and storage of all cleaning chemicals, which are documented in our SDS sheets and kept in designated locations. 

These standards are reinforced through regular management safety audits and ongoing Core Safety Training conducted throughout the year.

Gym floors are dust mopped and auto scrubbed daily, with bleachers cleaned after each use—including underneath and disinfection of wall mats during breaks. Cafeterias are cleaned after breakfast, maintained throughout lunch by day porters, and fully cleaned after the final lunch period. Due to frequent after-hours use, night staff perform a full sweep and auto scrub of the cafeteria. 

Day porters also monitor trash, spills, and messes throughout the day. Floor scrubbers with appropriate pads and products are used in gyms to maintain shine and remove scuff marks.
