Our owners lead our company and direct our culture through their family-oriented business approach. Each team member has an ownership mentality and is given the ability to own their role in the business.

Susan Teribery

President/Owner

Susan helped co-found B&T in the late 80’s with Kevin. Their passion for serving their community grew from a small business to a large regional company. Susan enjoys golfing, scrapbooking and spending time with her dogs.

Kevin is the other co-founder with Susan and was instrumental in B&T’s early success and survival. Today, Kevin is the visionary for the company. In his free time, he enjoys trying to beat Susan in Golf, pickleball and sipping bourbon.

Matt has grown up in the business and serves as our VP of business development. Matt operates as the integrator of the company and oversees the health, direction and future of the company. In his free time, Matt enjoys golfing with his wife Kayla.

Sales Department

We believe that our sales department is one of the strongest in the industry. We have over 50 years of combined sales expertise leading our organization. If you are looking to do business with us, you’ll be talking with one of these fine men or women.

Director of Sales

Brian oversees sales for our janitorial division. Brian was previously a school teacher and coach for many years. His unique insight into the education industry has been profound. In his free time, Brian enjoys being a traditional outdoorsman.

Sales Manager

Ed is our concrete division sales manager. Ed has been with B&T since 2001 and has a vast knowledge of concrete restoration and repair. In his free time, Ed enjoys camping and supporting the Buffalo Bills.

Tracie Mannix

Sales Associate

Tracie is one of our sales associates. She has helped grow our telemarketing division and she assists our sales managers to generate new business. Tracie prefers to work in the dark and is awesome at karaoke

Operations Department

Our operations department is the glue to our organization. Our Regional Manager leads our operations department with the help of Area Managers. Our Area Managers are each located in different geographical areas across our service area. Our Area Managers ensure the completion of work at each facility. They also directly manage each account from the customer’s and employee’s point of view.

Jordan is our Director of Operations. He is responsible for ensuring execution of our contracts and scope of work. Jordan has a history of management experience from Disney, Marriott and more. Outside of work, Jordan is a proud husband and father of three. He also enjoys playing ice hockey.

Bryan Ashcroft

Operations Manager

Bryan serves as our Operations Manager for Bradford, PA branch. Bryan served in the military for over 20 years and previously worked in facility management. Bryan brings a strong skillset in execution, accountability and team work.

Ron Mongold

Operations Manager

Ron serves as our Operations Manager for our Buffalo, NY branch. Ron has over 30 years of experience in both management and the janitorial industry. Ron is also an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan (living in Buffalo).

Angel Berrios

Operations Manager

Angel serves as our Operations Manager for our Orlando, FL branch. Angel served in the Air Force and specialized in communications. Angel has strong leadership, communication and team building skills.

Administrative Department

Our type of business requires most of our team members to be out in the field, but we still have a killer office staff making sure the people in the field can do the best they can.

Blaine is our go-to guy for all things HR as well as pick me ups. Blaine is the guy you will be talking to if you want to join the team or if you have specific employment questions.

Jessica Straub

Staff Accountant

Jessica is our Staff Accountant. She handles the accounting, payables and receivables for our company. Thankfully she likes numbers! Also, the dogs love hanging out in her office because she gives them treats.

Kera has the hardest job in our company, which is to make sure everyone gets paid. She is also the mom of the office and keeps us in line. She is extremely particular about the cleanliness of the office.

Edward Reyes

Recruiting/Ops Support

Edward works in our Orlando office and has been an integral part of our recruiting in Florida. Originally from Puerto Rico, Edward speaks both English and Spanish. He also enjoys golfing and the Boston Celtics.

Kim Hopkins

Recruiting/Admin

Kim works out of our Buffalo office and leads our recruiting efforts in New York. Kim does an excellent job making new applicants and current team members feel welcome and cared for.

Dawn Myers

Recruiting/Admin

Dawn works out of both our Bradford and Pittsburgh offices while recruiting for Pennsylvania. Dawn has her masters degree in human resources and previous worked in operations.
